Your Daniela Diamonds purchase should last a lifetime. We offer lifetime servicing, we encourage you to bring your jewelry in once a year to have it professionally cleaned and polished, to have the stones and settings checked and tightened.

 

RING SIZING AND OTHER ADJUSTMENTS

Daniela Diamonds offers one complimentary ring sizing with your purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for an item to be sized. If you need the ring sized in a shorter time frame, please contact our Customer Service, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Daniela Diamonds is not responsible for an accurate size if it is not taken by us in the store. If you need to shorten a necklace, a bracelet, or need any other kind of customization, please contact our Sales Support and

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow two business days for processing. You should receive your FedEx package within 2-3 days of processing (depending on chosen ship method).

 

AVAILABILITY

Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to our unique selection and high demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via the e-mail you provide that your item will be special ordered. An estimated delivery date will be given and your order will be processed upon your confirmation or in 24 hours if we do not receive notice of cancellation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 14 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from this Site, we will accept merchandise in its original condition, within 14 days of the date of delivery.
After 14 days all returns received may only be processed as a store credit.

 

To return an item by mail please contacts our Customer Service sales@danieladiamonds.com for detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the item. Will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

All The merchandise returned must be received in saleable condition with copies of any email instructions received from Customer Service, appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging.
